Health and Healing was my first call after fighting a severe 5 day migraine the young lady that took my call was very knowledgeable and was super sweet. I was lucky to get in and see a massage therapist that same day. My appointment was with Tiffany R and she was amazing she paid close attention to where I was having pain and made sure i was comfortable during my session. I walked out feeling 98.9% better but if I would have gone in sooner I would have been 100% and I wouldn't have had so many Knotts that where extremely large. I will definitely be going back.

My appt was on 4/1/22. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the woman behind the desk. We talked until Tiffany was ready to give the massage. Tiffany was amazing. My body was super tight and sore but within minutes she had calmed down the problem areas. She did such a great job, she put me to sleep about 20 minutes into the session. It was awesome. I highly recommend this place. :)

My lower back had hurt for almost 2 months. I was getting desperate for relief. I'd never had a massage before, but I figured if anything it would take my mind off my back for at least an hour. The next morning I woke up and my back was good as new. To be fair I went to a chiropractor too, but I honestly attribute my lack of pain to getting the massage. That was about 3 weeks ago and I still have no lower back pain. Amazing.

Hands down Tiffany was the most attentive massage I have ever received! In my intake I discussed hip tightness with her and she not only worked hard on it during the massage but we concluded with a few minutes of stretching on that hip. It has been 2+ days now and my hip is still feeling a lot looser! She has already been referred to one of my co-workers but I could not refer her enough.

I was very impressed with the communication and techniques, and I plan on returning to this establishment.

Because I'm a member I get hot stones AND aromatherapy INCLUDED in my 60 min massage. I do love this place. I am disappointed to hear that the price is going up though. I understand why they have to, I just hope it's worth it.

This location came under new owners, so we weren't sure what to expect. So, I booked online (super easy). My hubby and I were so pleased!! So relaxed, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I had Tiffany and my hubby had Arlene. I like more of a swedish massage, my hubby more deep tissue. Let me just say, if you haven't been here, you need to go. I've been going here for a couple of years now mainly because of a therapist there named Sallie. Sallie knows just how to release the muscle tension in my back and neck in a way no one else can. At one time I was unable to sleep without terrible neck pain. I bought new pillows that didn't help, and was convinced I had acquired an age related life long debilitating condition. Sallie was able to restore me in a single session back to normal and now I know that it was nothing more then muscle tension building up and that a old fashioned message by knowledgeable therapist can do wonders. She was able to do the same thing for my lower back, something that 10 years of chiropractic care was unable to resolve. I have a renewed quality of life, and I owe a great debt to Sallie and Health & Healing Massage.

It was super nice, I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment to be greeted by a friendly receptionist. She gave me a clipboard to fill out some info which only took a couple minutes. Then I met the lady who was going to give me the massage. In the actual massage room it was nice temperature and low light with relaxing music playing softly. The massager asked what kind of massage I wanted and gave a brief explanation of what would happen during the next hour. The bed was really comfy and the heated blanket was awesome, I was ready to take a nap. The full body massage I received was the best! She even did a little deep tissue work on a couple of "trigger points" (knots) in my back. I felt so good afterwards! I highly recommend this place to everyone. My therapist was inviting and easy to talk to. The room was warm and I felt more comfortable than I ever have during a massage. My massage was worth more than I paid, I have a lot of back and neck pain, and it is so wonderful to have some relief from the constant chronic pain that I have to endure on a daily basis. Do not be fooled by the petite massage therapist, Allena NNabuike. Allena provided on of the most therapudic massages I ever experienced. Not only did she personalize my experience to meet my request, she took the time to "find" trouble spots I live with. If only I had time during my short visit to Wichita, I would have scheduled a return visit. I have to admit that I am spoiled by the spa experiences by which I have grown accustomed here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. (Don't be surprised until you have experienced it.) I've been going here for a couple of years now mainly because of a therapist there named Sallie. Sallie knows just how to release the muscle tension in my back and neck in a way no one else can. At one time I was unable to sleep without terrible neck pain. I bought new pillows that didn't help, and was convinced I had acquired an age related life long debilitating condition. Sallie was able to restore me in a single session back to normal and now I know that it was nothing more then muscle tension building up and that a old fashioned message by knowledgeable therapist can do wonders. She was able to do the same thing for my lower back, something that 10 years of chiropractic care was unable to resolve.
